You and your family can visit all of the Moab scenic locations right out the front door of Unit #10. Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, Slick Rock bike trails, and the La Sal Mountains. This 1700 sq. ft. condo is a great place to “live” while vacationing in Moab.

The kitchen is equipped with a new stainless steel fridge/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, oven and all the cooking utensils of home all you'll need is the food!
The dining room offers a scenic view of the Moab Valley from the large windows and French doors which open up to a covered party deck.
The deck is great for outdoor dining and includes a ceiling fan, BBQ grill, large patio table and six chairs.
The laundry room has a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
The great-room is very open with vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. It is beautifully furnished with leather couches a gas fireplace, entertainment center, TV with cable, DVD, and play station.
Central air keeps the unit very cool and ceiling fans are located throughout the condo.
The condo has a spacious two-car garage, great for storing bikes, Jeeps, and ATV’s or keeping the car cool in the heat of summer.

The Meadow is one of Moab's best kept secrets for relaxation and fun. A Natural Spring cascades out of the Red Rock into pools and ponds as it makes it's way thru the property. Hammocks, swings, picnic tables, barbecues, fire pit and large grassy areas covered with shade trees add to the relaxation and surrounding red rock landscape.
Enjoy yourself in this shady oasis. Great picnic areas and comfy hammocks.
